Honeymoon portraits in Seville

This post is somewhat different to my usual ones as the shoot was done during the honeymoon of Tomy and Yusi. They are an Indonesian couple who were married a few months ago in Bali. As they did not have the time to do a photo shoot before the wedding, they contacted me to do one in Seville whilst honeymooning  in Spain.

If I’m honest, I was a little more nervous than usual. Although we talked by mail many times, we were meeting for the first time on the same day as we did the shoot. So, a couple of hours before the session we had a chat to try to get to know each other, and also to start to feel comfortable in front of the camera. Thankfully, we did not need much time at all, as we connected right from the offset. Their great sense of humor, friendly nature and love and respect for each other, helped to turn an afternoon stroll through Seville into a thoroughly pleasant and enjoyable evening. We began at the iconic Hotel Alfonso XIII, and ended the day in the Plaza of Spain in the Parque Maria Luisa.
